费托α-烯烃含氧化合物深度脱除关键技术开发及工业应用项目,针对煤基费托α-烯烃存在含氧化合物种类繁杂、含量偏高、脱除难度大等行业痛点,开展分子筛界面构筑与功能精准调控研究,建立吸附剂结构与性能的构效关系,成功研发出谱系化的分子筛基吸附剂,实现对C3-C10 α-烯烃中含氧化合物的差异化识别与高效定向吸附。
目前,该技术成果已成功落地应用于宁夏煤业60万吨/年聚丙烯工业装置及万吨级α-烯烃分离装置,产生良好的经济效益与社会效益,项目累计获授权发明专利8件。
